Unique Strat made from almost 100 year old Redwood. Great condition with just a few scratches and one ding on the body.
The Reclaimed Old Growth Redwood Stratocaster uses reclaimed wood from a decommissioned bridge just outside Bakersfield, CA. When the bridge was closed in 2012, Fender acquired some of the original Redwood used during construction and selected quality cuts to create this unique Strat series.
Other features of the guitar are modern, including a compound radius Maple neck with a ‘Channel Bound’ rosewood fingerboard and an HSS configuration with two American Vintage ’65 grey bottom single coils and a Fender Diamondback humbucker.
